cannot include others users calendars

(outlook 2003)

The share permissions on the calendars are correct. in the zimbra web interface is the link to shard calendars working.

in outlook it was working for about one day, with out change anything it das not allow to link other calendars. if I remove a working linked calendar, it is not possible to link the same again.

There is a popup message:

German: Der Ordner kann nicht angezeigt werden. Das Profil ist zur Unterstützung dieses Vorgangs für diesen Benutzer nicht entsprechend konfiguriert.

English ~ : The folder cannot be displayed. Our profile is not configured to support this operation for this user

How do you open a shared calendar? File->Open Other User's Mailbox?

menu is working...

I used the blue link, this was working for some time but now it does not.
I did not know that there is a difference to the menu way.

Hi

I have a working outlook connected to zimbra with the outlook connector. but
the menu item open -> Other User's Mailbox" is missing.

The blue link (see previous post) is not working as well.
