outlook calendar pop-ups?

I have zimbra up and running and the outlook connector works almost perfect. When I go to schedule a meeting with someone I can see if they're free/busy as expected. The issue comes up when I have someone who has granted me view rights to their calendar. When I mouse over the "meeting" on the scheduler/planner it doesn't do a popup to show me what the meeting is. However if I attempt to open this user's calendar, it works fine and I can see all of the meeting details. Any suggestions on how to get the pop-up display to work?
