the following steps should be used to create a profile:
control panel->mail->show profiles->add
provide a name
select other
select Zimbra Collaboration Server
enter the server/account details
if you had an existing IMAP/POP account and added a ZCS service to it, you'll need to make sure it is the default location for mail deliver as indicated above.
