Default Can't get Zimbra Outlook Connector 5.0.2 to go past the user config screen

Hi guys,

I'm attempting to configure the Outlook Connector on a XP SP3 machine with Office 2007 installed on it. The machines are in Active Directory, so I've installed the Connector as admin, and am attempting to create a new profile in Outlook via the Mail account in Control Panel.

Once I type in the user's password into the password field, and hit enter, I get the following message:

"One or more changes you made could not be saved. The action could not be completed."

I'm stumped, any ideas?

Thanks everyone.

What version of Zimbra are you using? Can you use a newer Connector?

The installation of Zimbra is 5.09 and the connector is 5.02. It's the latest connector we have available to us at download.

The MSI name is ZimbraToast-5.0.9_GA_2500-5.0.2719.9.msi
thanks!

You ought to have higher than 5.02 available. In the admin console, when you click downloads in the upper right corner, the Outlook connector should be there and it should (as far as I know) match the version of your main Zimbra application.

Supposedly, it's the latest release for this Version.

I've googled the message and it comes up with the following ms link:
