Is it possible to IMPORT in zcs Outlook rules?

Hello again!

Is that possible to have Outlook rules running inside ZCS instead of running locally on the Outlook PC?

Eventually is it possible to create ad hoc rules running at server level?

We do have Tools->Zimbra Server Rules in ZCO that syncs rules to and from the Zimbra server.
