I'm not sure I entirely understand your question, but I'll try to give an answer. The GAL gets its' addresses from the list of accounts you see in your Zimbra Admin Console. You can create your own address book in Outlook to put additional addresses in, but only accounts listed in your Admin Console will show in the global address list.

What version of Outlook and Zimbra are you running?

So are you wanting to add personal contacts to the global address list? Or new "company" accounts to it?

My understanding is that the Global Address List only contains the email addresses you have set up in your Zimbra admin console. If you have personal addresses to put int he global list, you could always create a distribution list in the admin console and have the personal address as the member.

If anyone else has better ideas, feel free to add!
