Hello,

how do you archiv Outlook Mails in local folders within outlook 2003?
Since my zimbra account has reached the 2GB account limit want to move mail from my account to local folders.. (so i still see them within my zimbra account)
i could just export mails to a *.pst file and import it into another account.. any best practices for this problem ?

ok i had to add a new pst file for this mail profil and after restarting my outlook client the personal folders appeared. magic
