Well, if it's the first time you're creating a profile, it sounds like something that you are entering for config data is incorrect. Send me either a screenshot of the Outlook config dialog (with your entries), or a list of the values that you are entering in the configuration fields. Perhaps for the account name, you are entering the name of an existing account.

What I mean by existing account is an existing account that is someone else's.

Well -- I'm still waiting for some information from you. Maybe something is being entered incorrectly in the config dialog. Can you tell me the values you enter (or send a screenshot of the Zimbra Server Configuration Settings dialog), and tell me the values that work for other clients.

Ho sorry I didn't see your answers and I didn't receive any email to alert me. I apologize.
It never work for any account I have on my zimbra server. Once at home, I'll send you a screenshot of my Outlook config dialog.

When you say "Perhaps for the account name, you are entering the name of an existing account.", does it mean I cannot user a created account on Outlook ?

Thanks for all.

You can create profiles to talk to any account in Outlook. What this error message usually indicates is that there was an existing account that had this internal GUID, it got changed, but somehow Outlook has the old one.

It sounds like the install of the Outlook connector might not have worked properly. Can you just uninstall and reinstall the Outlook connector? That might fix things. Also, before doing that, go into the Control Panel Mail applet, and delete any weird profiles that may have been created.

Otherwise, when you can, send me the values that you are entering (or the screenshot). Also, a ZCO log would be helpful.

OK, I will reinstall Outlook connector and delete zimbra profiles in mail applet.
I'm working on Outlook 2007 and Vista SP1, could it be a reason of my problem ?

Here the pictures of my dialog box :
