Auto retreival for External Mail

Hello,

I have an External mail(Account) which I am forwarding it to my Zimbra mail.
Is it possible that I can get the mails which ariving from my external mail automatically to my outlook using the Outlook connector without loging to my zimbra mail & pressing manually Get Mail Button.

Please if any one has a solution add it to me.

Setting a polling interval for external IMAP/POP accounts is outlined in this thread (then your next ZCO sync would have that mail).
Vote for Bug 23750 - ZCO Send/Receive should do "Get External Mail" on external accounts
