Default Send/Receive Issue with Outlook2007 and Zimbra

Hello,

I have problem were I can't receive any mail in the outlook even if I pressed the Send/Receive unless I go my zimbra mailbox then hitting the (Get mail) button at that time I can receive the mails in my outlook Inbox automatically.

Please how I can solve this problem & get my mails automatically without logging to my Zimbra mail.
I have windows Vista, Outlook2007, Zimbra Connector 5.0.6.

Thanks,
Waseem

Can you enable zco logging and post the logs? Then we can take a look.

There is a program called ZcoLogCtrl.exe that is located where the ZCO DLLs are (C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 -- if this is an English installation. If not English, then it won't be in 1033, but another Lang ID). Double click on this .exe to run it, and check Enable Logging and Http Logging. Choose a path where you want the log files to go. The exit the program. Shut down Outlook if it's not already shut down, and when you start up Outlook again, logging will go to the given directory.

Start up Outlook, and do the Send Receive. I assume your problem will occur, and you won't get any emails. Then exit Outlook and post the logs. You might also want to try the same thing again, but this time do the Get Mail in the Web Client, then Send/Receive in Outlook, and then exit Outlook. Then submit those logs also. Not that the log files won't close until you exit Outlook.

Is there an empty log file there, or no log file at all? Send a screen shot of your ZCO log control settings. Are you making sure to shut down Outlook and restart it after you run ZCO log control?
