Outlook Connector Problems There have been instances of this problem in the past, and it can be caused by any number of issues (bad connection, bad data, incompatible addins, etc.) We have fixed many of these. We need to get more info here.
1) What version of the Outlook connector are you using?
2) You need to enable ZCO logging. Then try again, and when your problem happens, post the log here, and we'll take a look. |
