Shared mail folders

I seem to be unable to delegate/share mail folders with other users in my organization. Actually, I share the Inbox of multiple accounts with certain users and they are able to view mail, read and delete items, without any problems. The issues that we are having is that users can create subfolders in the shared Inbox but cannot rename or delete these subfolders no matter what permission level I assign them. Does anybody know how to do this or am I configuring something incorrectly? We are running ZCS NE 5.0.8 on RHEL4 and everyone uses the Outlook connector. We use the shared Inboxes to manage workflow and would really like the ability to have a truly shared and delegated resource. Thanks.
