Default Soap Errors for multiple users

I've got about 10 different users now that are getting soap errors randomly when sending emails. They can re-create and re-send the email with no problems, but at time the original email will not send and generates a soap error. Below are several examples I have got from users. I've also noticed that my processor usage on the zimbra server has been higher than normal as well. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.

================================================== ==============
Note: Soap Fault. Please recreate and resend the message. Details below:

Error Code: mail.TRY_AGAIN
Error Text: try again: message send already in progress: 41354484

what version of ZCO are you using? i fixed a bug a while back that tries to the send the same message again when you get that soap response from the server. you shouldn't have to recreate the message.

[editted] ok, that is sort of an old connector. you would have to upgrade to get this bug fix.

my mistake..it was fixed a long time ago. its captured in this bug:

Bug 17567 – TRY_AGAIN bounce message exceptions in mailbox.log

i would get the zco logs for when this is happening and open up a support case on it.

Well I've enabled logging and will send them at the end of the day for a user who seems to have this happen on every email.

every email is very strange. that error has always been something generated on the server side and it is not representative of an invalid request that is being made by outlook. the fix that we made on the ZCO side is to, seemingly, retry the send and not create an NDR for the failure. seems like some sort of config problem for that user.

It's odd because this started with one user and now I have 5-10 users with this issue. Not every message but at least 1-3 times a day

Default Same issue

We are having the same issue. A user gets:

Note: Soap Fault. Please recreate and resend the message. Details below:
Error Code: mail.SEND_ABORTED_ADDRESS_FAILURE
Error Text: Invalid address: <”Test”>

This is when they are using a Contact Distribution List and sending a Word document. The only fix is to click the + next to the group name before sending. This will expand all the members of the group.

We are currently using version 5.0.18_GA_3064_5.0.3066.18 of the connector and Outlook 2007 w/SP2
