2 Outlook-Specific Issues

I am considering moving my company from Outlook to Zimbra. I need two things that I can't get from Outlook:

1. With Zimbra, can I access my information from different computers? Currently on Outlook everyone can only access their information in the office, which is a problem as some people could work at home if they could access their Outlook information there.
2. With Zimbra can people share tasks and other files?

1. yes...you can use the web client to access your information from anywhere. the information in the web client should be synced with information in outlook. another thing that you can do is open port 443 and allow people to sync outlook via that port at home.

2) yes.
