Cleaning out the address book

Hey folks,

One of our satellite users has decided that they'd rather use IMAP than the current uber-buggy Zimbra Connector. He now faces the daunting task of keeping his Zimbra and Outlook contacts synced manually. We can certainly export from Outlook and load the CSV into Zimbra once a week, but then we get duplicates.

Is there a way to clear his address book out completely, or to import without duplicates?

what version of outlook/connector/server are you using?

We're using Connector 5.0.2580.5 and the corresponding server package on Outlook 2003.
