Default All Zimbra Folders in Outlook showing empty

I just finished reinstalling windows on my desktop
I have the zimbra outlook connector installed and setup for my schools email account. Outlook just spend a good 20 minutes processing everything from my zimbra account however when I go to any of my folders (inbox, sent, etc) nothing shows up everything is blank.
I also have a gmail imap account which works fine
and my laptop which is about to also be reformatted is running outlook with zimbra and connects fine to my schools email. I have checked all settings between the 2 computers and they are identical.
Same operating system as well (vista) my desktop however is running vista x64

I've seen the same. Some folders show up the same, some are empty, some do not even show up.
