outlook not receiving new emails

I am having problem with Zimbra connector for Outlook 2007. It seems to download emails randomly. There are lots of new emails which I can see on the web client but not from Outlook. Can anyone help? I am using 5.0.6.

Sounds similar but not identical. If you were to send an email now, would you receive it?

Sounds very similar. Does the initial sync grab all email?

Nope, and it is frustrating.

Sounds like a different bug then... I had this happen on a PDA... turned out there was an item that was breaking the sync... a malformed email, task, or something like that. I would turn on logging and go through the logs, maybe make a bug ticket and post the logs there, so one of Zimbra's team can go through it.

Could it be an antivirus in the way? I've seen Outlook do weird things with certain antivirus plugins.

It could be. No one else has mentioned antivirus in the bug ticket, however.
