Sharing personal calendar in Outlook 2003 works "sometime"

We are in middle of 200 user migration to Outlook client and came across the following issue -

Opening shared calendar in outlook works fine for some users and does not work for some. (note - users have already shared their calendar with me)

When I open a shared calendar using GAL, the process gets completed fine and I can see that persons calendar in my outlook. But when I click on the user's calendar to view it -- nothing happens and some times it opens my own calendar under that persons name. I notice for such users the color of my calendar and theirs is always same. I also notice that "name" of the person is always blank in the "sharing" tab of Outlook Calendar properties.

For users where it works perfectly fine the color is always different (as it should be) but the "Name" is still blank.



Environment - Outlook 2003 with SP3/ZCS connector 5.0.306.0/Zimbra server 4.5x
