GAL not showing in Outlook 2003

Hi,

I've got a problem with Outlook 2003 and its connector.
My account is created successfully but the problem is that the GAL is not being showed in the adress book and also when I click the button "To" from an e-mail writing

I've got Outlook 2003 SP2 with Zimbra Network Edition for information

Has someone encountered this problem before ?

what version of ZCO are you using? when you click the "to" button from an email compose form, can you hit the drop down box on the top right corner of the dialog and select the GAL? I think that it will show you your local contacts folder as a default.

I'm using the 5.05 Network Edition

Well the problem is that I have nothing being showed in the drop down box on top right corner, not even Contacts. Maybe it is a Outlook problem ?

I have the same problem with exactly one user (other users work fine).
We are currently using 5.0.4

Has anyone found a solution to this issue yet? I have an Outlook 2007 user with the same problem. We're running NE 5.0.7.

I can't duplicate this problem in Outlook 2003 & 2007 connecting to the current Zimbra 5.0.11, I'd suggest trying the Troubleshooting tips from the wiki. If that doesn't help then get a log from the problem user and raise a support case for this problem.
