Outlook connector lost user profile

Hi all, I have a problem with outlook connector, it lost the zimbra profile, and come back to the previus profile (before install zimbra).
To solved it I have to uninstall and install (again) the outlook connector.
We use outlook 2003 and zimbra NE 5.0.3.
Does anyone can help me to resolve it?
It occurs with many users in different times.
