Default File Upload Fault

We are running 5.0.5 GA with the latest Outlook connector on red hat 64

When sending attachments from Outlook 2003 (that is only version we are using) of over 5 MB users get a bounceback

file upload fault. Please contact.....
Error code:413
Error text: 413 null


However with an IMAP or POP client the attachment sends without any problems.

Any ideas ?

Also do you get anything in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log at the same time?

Default Sounds like bug 28084

Do you use load balancing? We have been seeing this issue for weeks now, and there is now a bug report to go with it. Check it out to see if it is the same. If it looks like it might be, vote for it!

We recently encountered an error which was sent as 56kb only.
What is the root cause of this? is this a bug?

Hello,

we have same problem mentioned here.
We are using Outlook, Zimbra server Version 6.0.4_GA_2038.RHEL5_64.NETWORK and
connector 6.0.4_GA_2038_6.0.5797.4.
Can someone please check this?

Hi,

we second this. Although in a slightly different context:

When trying to create an appointment on the device and inviting others, the invitation e-mail never reaches the invitee. Instead after a couple of minutes an e-mail is sent back to the organizer:

The e-mail does not show in the organizer's Zimbra Inbox. It is only visible on the device.
