Can Zimbra push messages to Outlook?

We're considering a switch from Exchange to Zimbra. One nice thing about Outlook/Exchange is that messages show up in Outlook almost instantly. Exchange pushes them out. Does Zimbra work the same way, or do you keep having to hit Send/Receive?

Zimbra supports IMAP IDLE which means you don't have to keep hitting Send/Receive and works well for me.
