Default Send but not recieve?

I seem to setup outlook and i can send an email outbound, but for some reason when it wants to receive email into outlook it just keeps prompting me for my password and doesn't allow receiving email. Any help would be great!

why are you getting an authentication dialog? is this unrelated to ZCO and you were doing something else in the background?

I'm not sure why it keeps asking me to authenticate. All I did was setup an IMAP account on outlook, i know IMAP works because i can telnet and connect to it.

Check the error message you've posted, you're using the wrong port for POP over SSL: Ports - Zimbra :: Wiki

Yahoo! search is your friend: Exchange Server client receives an error message when it tries to send or receive e-mail: "Socket error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800ccc0e"
