Can not see any "old" email Greetings:
I had to rebuild the desktop of a CEO - he is using outlook 2003 with the Zimbra connector. Server is ZCS Network 5.
With the rebuilt desktop, we can connect to Zimbra, we can see the folder structure, but we can not see any "pre-rebuild" emails at all. Yes, I already checked the email view and nothing is filtered out.
I tried renaming the zimbra data files in the profile directory, no difference. I tried creating a new mail profile - no difference.
Is there something that I can set/reset to force Outlook/Zimbra to reload and display all the email that is on the server?
