Let me elaborate just a little. The Network Edition is not just about Outlook connectors. It's about supporting the future development of Zimbra. It's about the support here on the community forums. It's about all the magic in the server which handles, tags, folders, conversations and that lightning fast search. It's about the countless hours that were spent in a JavaScript debugger getting all 130,000+ lines of JavaScript aligned for that WOW factor you've all experienced. It's about native HSM, hot backup, single mailbox restore, delegated domain admin, attachment indexing, clustering, and yes it's about Outlook sync. It's also about all the new features folks here are hard at work on. In part that's why it's called a Network. It's more than just support or some additional features, it's about the greater good that being part of a *Network* can achieve.

We understand your need to make cash, but at the same time, you guys are leaving out a HUGE chunk of the market in the cold.
I deal with a lot of small businesses, that I guess you guys would consider "Micro Businesses". Several of my clients have anywhere from 3 to 15 users, and for them, even your "Small Business Edition" sounds like it was made for a big business, they just don't have 25 users. Do you know how hard it is to convince the guy that went from 4 users to 7 users to purchase a 25 user license? They're just not interested, to them, you don't "care" about small businesses, you only want the big guys. To him, he paid less than $1000.00 for his MS SBS with Exchange, and he just wants another 2 licenses for Exchange and he's done. A 5 pack upgrade for this guy is only about $600.00, so when you start talking about getting a 25 user license, he'll shut you down right away.
You guys should definitlly consider coming out with a 5, 10 and 20 pack license for the smaller users, obviously at a slightly higher per user price. I'm fairly certain that a
large portion of your community users would definitely purchase some of these packs and bring you a ton of additional revenue.
If you're thinking that the reason you don't want to do it is because of the higher support costs associated with dealing with smaller busineses that don't have a full time onsite tech, then you should at least offer it via a VAR agreement of some sort, or at least as an unsupported version, perhaps limited to shops of no more than 10 or so.
