ZCO 5.0.3: Personas do not work with Outlook 2003 SP3

Using ZCS 5.0.3, I've defined several personas in the Web client. When the Outlook plugin is started, synchronization occurs, but the email address displayed for each persona in the ZCO Personas tab remains the email address defined in the primary identity, and the drop-down list of email addresses for each persona contains only the primary email address! See this image for an example.

Any attempt to designate a persona as the "Outlook identity" on the ZCO persona tab and to send email fails in the Outlook client with the message undeliverable, as does any attempt to change the "From" address manually in the Outlook email composition window.

Anyone have some clues about this? This is a real show-stopper for me: I want to be able to manage several email identities from Outlook, as well as use one persona (different from the primary identity of the ZCS account) as the principal Outlook identity.

5.0.5 will be avalable soon.

Does the fix depend on server-side changes? Or can the 5.0.5 connector work with the 5.0.3 server--and can I test it in that case?

there is no dependence on server. That is completely client issue.
You can test it with 5.0.3 server.

Thanks, but my Zimbra provider won't be deploying 5.0.5 for a few weeks until they've tested it. Meanwhile, I can't find a download location for the connector on the Zimbra.com website. I suppose I could sign up for a 48hr demo.zimbra.com account to obtain it: has that demo site upgraded to 5.0.5?

one of our users is having the same problem. her login in active directory and zimbra is jdoe@domain.com (and thus her email is as well), but she wants others to see jane@domain.com. when we setup another persona in Outlook 2007 (using the 5.0.9 connector), she gets mail undeliverable errors.

any ideas?
