Outlook Connector on Win Server 2003

We have a Windows Server 2003 deployed as a terminal server, i.e., users utilize thin clients to log in. Users do not have administrative privileges, and hence cannot install the connector individually. I installed it as administrator and from this privileged account it works; unfortunately other users cannot use, configure or access the connector. Is there any way to make it available to regular (multiple) users?
