connector not working

Hi
first i am using outlook 2007 and the connector 5.03 i have created the profile and all all my folders and mail are fine
but it is not pull my calender and my contact that are shares from someone else
my boss shared his calendar and contacts with me i can see them in zimbra web interface but cant see them in my out look its not even synchronizing it at all
any help
ok i have the calendar but its empty i went to file->open->other User's mailbox and saw the global address book were i clicked on him name and got
the calendar but it empty any help
