Default Create a Rolodex (Public Contacts Folder)

Hi all: We are currently using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2003.
We use a Public Folder configured as an Address book. This is how the powers that be want to look at the client list. It is basicly a Giant contact list, but it is stored and maintained at the Server level not at a user account.

How do I do the same thing in Zimbra? Do I have to create a User that has this contact list and then share it out to everybody? Or do I create a folder some place in the Zimbra admin module and assign permissions?

Default Have you tried that with the Mobile software

Most of our mobile users are used to seeing the two different lists. One personal and one public. I can see how shareing a special user would work, but how does that work through the Mobile software?

I'm not using the Zimbra mobile connection yet. However I tried a Nokia N95 syncing with Outlook and it did not sync the shared contacts to the phone.

Our users have Treo 750 and Nokia N95 so I will trial the Zimbra mobile at some stage.
