Setting "Remind Me " before calendar item?

How can I set the reminder time to which Zimbra should notify me? This is an important question since it synced ALL my all day events to my PDA which now have a 15 minute reminder setup which I cannot turn off. Not even from the web gui.

Have a look in the Admin UI at COS/Preferences/Calendar Options - "Number of minutes before an appointment to show reminder".
