Default Outlook 07 Won't Close

Running Outlook 07, Vista Business, Zimbra Outlook connector 5.0.2_GA1967.

I installed Office and Outlook, then installed the connector, then configured the connector for the user I was setting up. Everything basically appeared to go smoothly (which is unusual in this case).

Now, Outlook doesn't close. I click the X button in the top-right corner, nothing happens. I go to File>>Exit, nothing happens. I right-click the tab in the status bar at the bottom of the screen and select "Close" and nothing happens.

Is this common? Any suggestions?

its possible that you may be initial syncing and the UI is being a bit unresponsive. do you have a large mailbox. are the logs still rolling? what is in the logs?

Default Nevermind, I think

It wasn't an issue that it was still sync'ing, I know that.

The symptoms keep changing. Now I've got it in a state where Outlook will only open after a reboot. If I close Outlook, it won't re-open--I get a message to close all dialog boxes before starting Outlook.

I'm thinking this is the result of some sloppy Lenovo pre-installware and Vista not getting along well--probably has little to do with the connector itself.

Have there been any issues with regards to applying Vista SP1 and using the connectors?
