Unfortunately there is no method to the madness... I've seen the ZCO go days without stopping its sync, and I've seen it happen within 15 minutes of boot up.

It it possible SP1 of office 2007 would help ?
Anyway ... what's the next step ?
It's impossible to do a rollout now..

Can you enable ZCO logging? Make sure to enable Http tracing, and try to set the max log file size to a big number, or 0, for unlimited size. When you run into the situation where it stops syncing, shut down Outlook (make sure it's really shut down), and send us the logs.
No. I have not seen any difference with SP1 for office 2007. Nor with the .NET framework service packs. I have enabled logging on my machines but since it is hit or miss, and logging slows down most of the workstations we have here... so I can really only do it on mine. Perhaps if marten and I could get beta versions of the 5.03 connector we could confirm if the problem exists in 5.03.
Thanks,
yes please![]()
Our network admin may have found a fix...
In Outlook 2007:
Tools >> Options >> Other >> Uncheck Display online status next to person name.
Restart outlook.
zco log in attachement
some words are in dutch...
FYI:
The "fix" I posted and then deleted did not work.
Sorry for the confusion.
any progress with this matter ?
Could the log be decrypted ?
