Outlook hangs when resuming from suspend

I have many users who are having issues with v5.x of the connector. All are remote users and state that when their laptop is resuming from suspend/hibernate that Outlook doesn't always reconnect to the server properly. They have to shut down outlook and restart it. Version 4.5.x of the connector was reported to work just fine.

Is this a known bug? I can't seem to find anything on it.

i haven't heard if this before. Can you please forward us some logs to debug the issue?

I'll see what I can do - as i said, most are remote users. Thinking about this, it could be possible that the NAT rule in the firewall is lost, or the IP address has changed due to a lease expiration. Is it possible that the later connectors expect the connection to be up and don't re-initiate if it's gone?

Again - I'll work on getting some logs as well. Some of my users are downgrading the connector to v4.5.11 because of this.
