Install with Outlook 2003

Hi,

After installing Outlook connector on an already used Outlook 2003, you have to delete all the existing profiles. If not, the synchronisation may be corrupted with the Contacts and Gal that may not appear (you do not have any contacts file or GAL in the Address book wich appear empty).
The shared calendar are not showing up too.

are you sure that you are opening up the Zimbra profile? you shouldn't have to delete old profiles but just open up the new profile created by the installer.
also, to see shared calendar you will need to "open another user's mailbox" and select the user sharing their calendar. once you do that, that user's mailbox with the shared calendar will be mounted.
