Shared Calendar

Hello,

we have a little problem.
Our usres work with outlook (outlook connector) and the WebInterface.
If I add a shared calendar in Outlook I can't see it automatically in the Webinterface. The other way around, if i add an calender in Webinterface i see it automatically in Outlook.

Thats strang. How can I solve this problem??

In Outlook, try:
File->open->other user's mailbox

It should open up a screen with the global address book, select the user and it should open up the calendar for that user.

No, thats not my problem.
Example:
User1 is sharing his calendar in Webinterface without sending a email to user2.
User2 only uses Outlook and add a shared calendar from user1 there.
If user2 now uses his webinterface the shared calender from user1 isn't there automatically, he have to add it twice.

Yeah this seems to be a manual process by the looks of it, you will have to add it twice.... unless someone else knows how to deal with this?!?!
The sync between outlook and the web-interface still has issues.

when you use outlook with zco, you open other users mailboxes. If the user shares more folders with you, they will show up automatically.

In ZWC, you must explicitly mount every folder shared with you, either by accepting a share message or by editing the folder properties.

Hello everyone,

So, I can set up a share via the Web client of Zimbra mail and the intended user can receive the share (accept it) and view the calendar. However, in Outlook 2003 of the same individual, she can not receive the shared calendar. If I try to open the person's calendar I'm sharing, it tells me that it can't find that user's Calendar folder. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and how I can remedy this?

I am having this same issue. I shared my calendar from ZWC and another user can see it on ZWC and his Outlook 2003 with ZCO. He shared his calender with me, I accepted, and can see his calender in ZWC, but when i go to "Open a Shared Calendar" in my Outlook 2003 with ZCO, and I pick that user from the GAL, it says it cannot find the calendar!
