Lost Tools > Zimbra Server Rules entry

Hello,
I'm using the latest released connector (ZimbraOlkConnector-5.0.2_GA_1967_5.0.2465.1.msi) with Outlook 2003 (SP3).

I just noticed that the menu entry for Zimbra server-side rules has vanished from the tools menu.

How do I get it back? I tried repairing, then uninstalling/reinstalling the connector, but no luck.

The menu entry is not present in the "Customize" tools in Outlook either.

Weird. The connector is otherwise working.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Sounds like the sharing addin may be gone. Check out this post:

Thank you for the suggestion to reregister the add-in. I tried it, but no dice when restarting Outlook 2003.

What's odd is that the entry to check my Zimbra storage quota is still in the "Tools" menu and functioning correctly. Bizarre.

The fact that the quota item still works means the addin is probably fine. The Tools -> Zimbra Server Rules menu item has an icon -- perhaps there is a problem loading it. If you enable ZCO logs and post them, I could check on that.
