Default Outlook 2007 very unstable

Hi guys,

I have a customer complaining of a problem with his Outlook 2007. We recently upgraded the server to 5.0.2 for him, and I subsequently gave him the very latest connector. Since then his Outlook has been crashing quite a lot. I realise some extra information is probably needed. I have attached a screenshot that he gave me (not sure how useful it will be) and shall I request he give me anything else?

As a matter of interest, I saw on the release notes that a more up to date version of the connector would be available from the support portal soon after the release of v5.0.2 but the only one I can see there right now is dated 1st Feb. Is there a newer connector on the horizon that might be a little more stable? To be quite honest it could just be his machine rather than the connector or Zimbra it's self, but it is good to rule out possibilities.

Many thanks,
Gary

It looks like he did not setup MS Offfice 2007 Service Pack 1. Maybe you should start with that ?

Another question is to know if he has other connectors in his Outlook (Blackberry, Nokia, whatever).

Look for %TEMP%\zco_cores directory.
It should have crash dump created.
They can help a lot.
