if you bring up the mail control panel applet does it have outlook to always start with a specific profile? is this a zimbra provider profile?

ok...so if you open the control panel mail applet and hit "Show Profiles"
it will bring up a dialog with a list of profiles on your system. Near the bottom of the dialog there is an option to "Prompt for a profile to be used" or "Always use this profile". Please select the prompt option.

Then when you restart outlook, select a non-zimbra profile and you should be OK.

If you uninstalled ZCO, you might want to get rid of the zimbra profiles too.
