Default Username change - sending fails

I changed the user name for one of our accounts, and now she cannot send through outlook. She receives messages fine, but when she tries to send, she gets the following:

Note: Error sending the message. Please recreate and resend the message.

Sending directly from Zimbra works fine. I confirmed that her username and password were correct in Outlook, and still no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

What version of ZCO are you using? There were some bugs in this area that were fixed awhile back.

ZCO 4.5.7, we updated it a few months back. To clarify, I did NOT re-install the connector after I changed the email account. I changed the user name in the zimbra administrator, and then confirmed the change in Outlook, receiving messages is no problem.

    Thanks

Well -- we fixed bug 17435 in 4.5.7, so I would think you have the right stuff. Maybe the best thing is to enable ZCO logging and post the logs.

BTW if the version listed in the first line of the log is greater than 4.5.295, then you should have the new code.
