Default File Upload Fault (segfault)

I was replying to an email message tonight, and ended up receiving this error by email twice before the message was delivered:

Note: File Upload Fault. Please contact your system administrator regarding maximum message and attachment sizes.

Error Text: <html><head><title>Apache Tomcat/5.5.15 - Error report</title><style><!--H1 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:22px;} H2 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:16px;} H3 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:14px;} BODY {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:black;background-color:white;} B {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;} P {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;background:white;color:black;font-size:12px;}A {color : black;}A.name {color : black;}HR {color : #525D76;}--></style> </head><body><h1>HTTP Status 500 - </h1><HR size="1" noshade="noshade"><p><b>type</b> Exception report</p><p><b>message</b> <u></u></p><p><b>description</b> <u>The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.</u></p><p><b>exception</b> <pre>javax.servlet.ServletException: mailbox in maintenance mode: 10

The message was a total of 29K, so i know that there wasn't a size issue with it.

I looked in the server logs, indeed I got a 500:

68.205.255.175 - - [09/Feb/2008:02:22:18 -0500] "POST /service/soap HTTP/1.1" 500 2935 "-" "Zimbra-ZCO/5.0.306 (5.1.2600 Service Pack 2; en-US)"

I logged into the server, and looked for the stacktrace. There were a few (!), but none from today (am i looking in the right spot? i was looking in /opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/logs):

I have the logging on, because I've been having these types problems on a consistent basis (as have other users in my company). The local log is attached.

The message finally went - I didn't do anything special to make it send. I don't know why it finally sent.

This is from a Dell Optiplex 745 running XP-SP2, 2G ram, 2GHz Intel Core2Duo processor.

I don't see my ZCO.log file attached. It was 198K and only includes the relevant parts of the local log. Please let me know how to attach that log...I'm assuming that it'd help tremendously to figure out what happened.

It looks like this was happening when your mailbox was being backed up. Maybe at about 1AM or so? If so, then this is normal. You can't send while your mailbox is being backed up.

Does it still happen?
