Default Multiple Outlook clients on one account

Is this supported? I'm having issues where outlook is running at two locations (ie home, work) but the contacts aren't syncing properly. Some appear on both, some only one 1, and some yet only on the server. There are 2900+ contacts.

If this is supported - where's the best place to begin troubleshooting?

Thanks,
Kevin

This is indeed supported. Best thing to do is

1. Enable logging on both machines
2. Create a new profile on both machines to force an initial sync.
3. After initial sync, verify home, work and server show the same data
4. Leave logging enabled. When you run into this again, submit the logs to support.

If you're running 4.5.x and not 5.0.x, you may encounter this issue because of this bug:
Bug 6530 - cannot drag items from one store to another -- do not appear on server

We're on 4.5 and it turns out the user did drag'n'drop contacts from a PST.

Is there any way to force a sync so they hit the server?

Are there any limits to how many users can access one account using OC? Say 8-10 users at a time? Could there be scaling and/or syncing issues?
