Appt doesn't show in Outlook until accepted

We're running Zimbra 4.5.10. One of my users is using ZCO after being on the web interface for months. In the web interface, when someone sent him a meeting, it would show up as tentative on his calendar until he accepted it.

With ZCO, it doesn't show in his Outlook calendar at all until he accepts it. Then it shows up right away. Is this the correct behavior for ZCO?

this is not normal behaviour...can you view your appts by category and does it show up there?
if not, please enable logging and open a support ticket with the logs that you captured while trying this.
