Outlook Connector 5 does not work on win2000

While installing the latest outlook connector on Win2k, I get:

"The procedure entry point RemoveVectoredExceptionHandler could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL"

It seems this is part of a new API only introduced in WinXP/2k3. Yet you claim in the docs that it works with win2k.

Is this a Bug?
