Default Outlook calendar only syncs one way

We've got two users (Windows XP SP2, Outlook 2003, ZCS 4.5.10) whose calendars only sync one way. If they create an appointment using the web client, it shows up in Outlook. But, if they create an appointment in Outlook, it doesn't show up in the web client, and therefore not in their shared calendar.

We've tried creating new profiles to no avail.

Has anyone else run into this?

Yes, I have run into the same thing just this past week. I too have tried creating new profiles, with the same result. I am going to try to load up the user's profile on another computer to see if the result is different.

Please let me know if you have come up with any solutions.

Default Oulook Calendar only syncs one way

My Outlook calendar is synching with Zimbra 5.0 GA.

When I create an appt in Zimbra web calendar it appears in Outlook. If I create an appt in Outlook, do Send/Receive and relaunch Zimbra the event appears in the Zimbra calendar.

Has anyone heard any more info on this issue? I am experiencing the same issue with one of my users. I have done all that I can think of.

We are using the newest version I upgraded the ZCO on all our systems just to be on the safe side. It died when it was on the old connector I was hoping that the new connector would fix the issue but still no go.

What version of ZCO are you using? In some older versions, we had issues where bad data in appointments caused the sync to the server to stop. Can you enable logging and post the log of the bad sync?

On a user account that is experiencing this issue, I found in the user's Outlook folders a "Sync Issues" folder with a child called "Local Issues" that contained an item listing all the appointments that should have been synced and they all show the same error.
Code:
[Details: GITERROR! Failed to get OOM helper instance.]) id (1585) type(appointment) message([Subject: Server Migration]
What does that mean ?

ZCS NE 5.0.9, Outlook 2003 SP3 on Vista 32 bit, SP1 with ZCO 5.0.9

Thanks for the tip.

I did a repair and also a full remove/reinstall of Outlook and the user profiles but it did not help.
