Hi Eric,
I just saw your support case come in. I noticed that you might be running the open Source edition.
Can you please post the output of zmcontrol -v
Here is the response: Release 4.5.10_GA_1575.RHEL4_20071116233533 RHEL4 NETWORK edition.
We are running 3 instances for Zimbra - 2 Open Source and a Clustering of the Network edition.
Eric
Is there a way to tell which version the Admin Console is on?

So is that 3 ldap instances?
Or 2 ldaps? - like 100NE for ZCO/iSync/Mobile/etc & 1000FOSS
Is that 4 servers? (you did say clustering on the NE)
Going out through a common mta or something?
It might help if you listed what was running on each physical box/vm.
On the NE box where you just ran zmcontrol -v go to https://IPofNEbox:7071 (I'm guessing that's an ldap and mailstore at the very least)
In the admin console itself you can find the version info by going to help > 'about zimbra version' button.

Sorry, I guess I should have been a bit clearer..
Ok,
We have 3 complete instances of zimbra running:
2 open source - one is a lab and the other for voice mail. Both have there own Ldap and mailstore.
Then we have the network edition running an One + One Cluster Environment running with it's own Ldap and mailstore on two servers sharing a mount on a NAS.
I have been able to find the Outlook connector looking on the server directly in
/opt/zimbra/apache-tomcat-5.5.15/webapps/zimbra/downloads/ .
It is not showing up in the Administration Console, but is there...
Doesn't matter which browser or os .. just does not show up in the GUI.

I thought it might be a system setup something like that![]()
Anyways, does it shows up properly if you go http://server/downloads/index.html ?

Yes, it list all of the downloads this way. Something in Zimbra is not allowing in the Administration Console...
Ok, be sure to add a note to the support case or link to this page so that they know you at least found the connector.
Personally, I might just wait to see if the links re-appear whenever you get a chance to do a restart or in the next upgrade (yes I know you just did an upgraded to 4.5.10).

Sometime the full page is empty.
Sometime some links are missing.
Sometime it re-appears after a tomcat restart.
Sometime it re-appears after a browser restart.
Sometime it re-appears after a browser cache clear.
Several customers got this behaviour and we were unable to determine a precise way to fix it.
Thus, we give them the "direct" URL : http://server/downloads/index.html
How often is the full/entire page empty?
Is it just the NE related stuff that goes missing most of the time?
If the link is there but wrong examine /opt/zimbra/tomcat/webapps/zimbraAdmin/WEB-INF/classes/msgs/ZaMsg.properties for CONNECTOR_DOWNLOAD_LINK.
Are the relevant com_zimbra_domainadmin zimlet sections getting messed up & thus not displaying NE related download links?
Do we have a bug open on this?
