In the browser i see the shared email folder coming up...
but when i sync with outlook.. all i seeing is the email thats in andreb@xxx.com inbox.. am i not seeing anything relating to the shared email folder (records@xxx.com)..
At this point, all I can suggest is that you enable ZCO logging, try it again, and post the logs to this forum. [Or if you already have them from your unsuccessful sync, post those]. Make sure you enable HTTP logging.
I have not tried the RCs so this might be wrong.
But in the 4.5.x versions a calender that is shared and accepted in the web client is not visible in Outlook. You have to open the other users mailbox via File->Open.
Not sure if this is true for mail folders in 5.x
