Exclamation What causes these "Soap Fault" errors?

We have several users reporting this issue...They all have Vista with Office 2007 Standard running the Zimbra Outlook Connector.

What is causing these errors, and is there a resolution:

Note: Soap Fault. Please recreate and resend the message. Details below:

Error Code: mail.TRY_AGAIN

Error Text: try again: message send already in progress: 16669861

Vista and Outlook 2007 isn't fully supported until Release 5 is available. Which version/release of Zimbra and which connector is this?

enable debug logging and send me the logs.
You can use ZCOLogCtl.exe utility for that.

We are having the same issue with version 4.5.7
Just started happening.... the only thing we changed was to allow "zmtslctl both"
