Just started happening.... the only thing we changed was to allow "zmtslctl both"
In addition, after you use zmtlsctl you should:
zmprov gs zimbra.domain.com | grep Auth
Is the zimbraMtaAuthURL begin with https and appear like: https:// server.domain.com:443/service/soap/
There we're some noted issues (1>2) with both mode in 4.5.6 & 4.5.7 please upgrade to 4.5.10

Hello, a few of my users are having similar SOAP_FAULT issues and are losing entire emails. More specifically larger emails (lots of text not actual size of emails). I do not know how to enable logging but I did run:

Code:
zmprov gs zimbra.domain.com | grep Auth
And I received:

Code:
zimbraMtaAuthEnabled: TRUE
zimbraMtaAuthHost: zimbra.domain.com
zimbraMtaAuthTarget: TRUE
zimbraMtaAuthURL: http://zimbra.domain.com/service/soap/
zimbraMtaTlsAuthOnly: TRUE
Is this incorrect? Should it be on https on port 443?

Thank you,
Jason.

As long as you create the ZCO profile with SSL enabled and the proper port specified in the host name (e.g. myhost.com:443), then you should be fine on another port. If this is a client issue, please enable ZCO logging and enable HTTP logging and we can try to figure out what is going on.

Thanks

In addition, what's your mail mode?

This is my mail mode:

Code:
zimbraBackupMode: Standard
zimbraMailMode: http
I will enable logging and post the logs when the error occurs again.

Thanks in advance,
Jason.

Guys,

I solved this soap error before in version ZCS 4.5.X by disabling HTTP (port 80) and HTTPS (port 443) A/V scanning on the firewall at the client's side (firewall in front of the soap error user's GATEWAY) for policies relating to the Mail Server's IP.

Give it a try and let us know alright. Cheers.

I am getting this with 5.0.9. User is sending the message via Outlook 2003 and is using the Zimbra Outlook connector.
