Default Simular Problem

Hello All -

I have ran into these problems again.. not sure what the deal is. As you can see from my earlier posts we had some issues with sending an email from quick books (reports). I worked around this this by just using a imap client for outlook for rather than the Zimbra Connector. Now I have ran into the problem again on my latest migration. This client has a custom db written in access with a bunch of forms and automation. One of they things they do is have a user log into the app once a week and run a report which uses the MSACCESS SendObject to send a report to 5 email addresses. After moving them to Zimbra connector this SendObject Fails.

Anyone have an Idea on what may be causing this.

Thanks for all your help

Has anybody provided logs and filed a support case and or a bugzilla entry? The forums are a great place for giving and receiving information on problems but they won't come to the attention of developers unless a support case (for NE customers) and bugzilla entry is filed.

Arrow Agree with Zimbra Dude

Hey Zimbra support guy. I agree. I'm currently running Outlook and MYOB using MAPI to send emails I started a case with you guys and am logging everything and doing everything I can to reproduce the problem. But I haven't had it again!!

Anyone else there please get some logs in :-)

Log Zimbra whilst reproducing.

tail -f /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log

Also, log Outlook. (from the Wiki) Outlook Troubleshooting Options - Zimbra :: Wiki

ZCOLogCtl.exe is installed when ZCS Connector for Outlook is installed. This logging control tool is in the \Program files\common files\system\msmapi\1033 directory.

It's funny that I'm unable to reproduce it when I need it to error. Hope you all have better(?) luck.

I've just had a user with this exact same problem.

The messages bounce back with:
Quote:
Subject: The subject
To: someone@domain.net

Note: File Upload Fault. Please contact your system administrator regarding maximum message and attachment sizes.
Error Code: 401
Error Text: 401,'null'
This is while sending just a plain email without any attachments.

Running release 5.0.8_GA_2462.RHEL5_20080709155810 CentOS5 NETWORK edition.
