unfortunately beta 4 is still not released as you and i have discussed on other threads.... either way i was just checking to see if there is any updates to this problem

Is anyone still having this issue with current Zimbra releases? We're experiencing this exact same problem with the Outlook Connector in Outlook 2003 and Zimbra 5.0.1 NE. I've searched Bugzilla, but haven't come up with much, and so I was wondering if others are having this issue or if it's just us.

We've tried uninstalling the connector, removing the Outlook profile, removing the ZBD file, and setting everything back up again, but to no avail.

We're having the same problem as well - the server was a 4.5.6 original install but upgraded all the way to 5.0.7. It happened while at 4.5.6 a few times, but now it's a regular occurrence for about 1/2 our users. i'm looking in mailbox.log right now - i'll update the post when it happens again.

Full error text: "the settings for connecting to the zimbra server may be incorrect. please verify that they are correct. A common cause of this error is an incorrect value for Use Secure Connection. Outlook will be set to Offline Mode"
